Spaghett is a Fourth Ward craft pasta and cocktail house that offers Carolinian ingredients viewed from an Italian perspective. The dinner served in the dining area follows a four-course prix fixe format, which enables the kitchen to have sufficient control over the order of the courses yet allows customers the freedom to choose items from each course.
